Juniors:  G. Curzon-Taylor brought up question of junior eye protection for closed county, it was agreed we could provide eye protectors as long as we got antiseptic wipes, L. Johnstone would look into this for us.  Graham also brought up the question of juniors who wore glasses as we had no answers we suggested he wrote to SRA for some guidelines.  We decided that county squad training should have all juniors wearing eye protection.
U19 have first match 14th/15th October hosting at Club Squash, they have had 2 training sessions and have 2 more before the matches, there are 3 U19 and the rest are U17.  U17 are in Suffolk for their week-end and it was agreed they should stay away.

Child Protection; C. Johnstone and his wife Linda attend this presentation by the NSPCC for the SRA at Lambs Club.  The SRA now has a document in place and Linda Johnstone agreed to be our Child Welfare Officer, she will keep all the forms for us.
It will now be necessary for all coaches and all volunteers who help with juniors to sign the necessary form.  All juniors who are taking part in any of our county schemes will need to get their parents to sign a form on their behalf.  This is an essential requirement in order that we keep in line with the Child Protection Act.  If anyone needs forms they can contact Jennifer Barker for copies.
